Is it safe to use with LinkedIn?
What we design for instead of spray-and-pray bots:
- You sign in yourself inside a secure browser session — we never ask you to paste your LinkedIn password into a ManifestJob form.
- Human-paced applying — daily caps and match filters, not hundreds of spammy submits overnight.
- You stay in control — connect, reconnect, pause Sleep Mode, use Run Now, or stop anytime.
- Reauth when LinkedIn asks — if LinkedIn needs a security check or a fresh login, automation stops until you reconnect. We do not keep retrying login in the background.
Safety here means transparency and restraint — not a guarantee against LinkedIn enforcement.
How the secure browser session works
When you Connect LinkedIn, ManifestJob opens a secure browser session for you. You type your LinkedIn credentials (and any one-time codes LinkedIn shows) yourself in that session — the same way you would on LinkedIn’s site.
- ManifestJob does not store your LinkedIn password.
- After you connect successfully, we keep a session so Pro can search and Easy Apply on your behalf within your plan limits.
- If the session expires or LinkedIn challenges the login, we ask you to reconnect. We do not silently reopen LinkedIn with saved passwords.
- You can disconnect LinkedIn from your dashboard whenever you want.

Pace, limits, and your controls
ManifestJob is built for steady, human-paced applying — not mass spam.
- Pro Sleep Mode runs on a nightly schedule with per-run and per-period caps (see Pricing).
- Match score filters help skip weak-fit roles.
- You can pause automation, change keywords, or disconnect LinkedIn from the dashboard.
- Run Now is under your control; stopping is always available.
Cancel, delete, and unsubscribe
- Plans: Pro is a prepaid period with no auto-renewal trap — buy again only if you want to continue.
- LinkedIn: Disconnect anytime from Auto-Apply / settings.
- Account: Delete your account from Settings — we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Email: Every ManifestJob product email includes an Unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are not emailed again; your account data is kept unless you delete it.

Does ManifestJob read my Gmail?
No. ManifestJob does not request Google “read your email” permission. For some company portal applications you may sign into Gmail yourself in a secure apply browser session (like LinkedIn Connect) so OTPs and verification links work. That is your session — not Gmail API access. LinkedIn Easy Apply does not require Gmail.
Will ManifestJob spam-apply on LinkedIn?

Can I cancel, delete my account, or unsubscribe from emails?

What happens if LinkedIn shows a security check?
Automation pauses. You must complete LinkedIn’s check and reconnect yourself in a secure browser session. ManifestJob does not keep retrying LinkedIn login in the background after a logout or security challenge.
